It is EXTREMELY rare to find a head cover of this quality sold separately. You are purchasing a slightly used Titleist TS Series (1 or 2) slip-on style Driver head cover. The cover is black, white, and red and has a Titleist logo on the spine and TS logo and will fit any Titleist driver. The cover has typical wear but looks great- I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10.
